Il Cancelliere puts the same extreme care in all of its wines, and the “base” Aglianico has undergone a two week maceration and has been aged in stainless steel for a year before being released. A truly re- markable daily wine, easy to like and to drink. It’s a rustic, warm and rich natural wine.
