Marco grew up in the province of Vicenza. When he was very young, he started to work as a carpenter. Soon, however, he discovered his interest for biodynamics and anthroposophy, so he moved to the canton of Jura in Switzer- land to work as a cattle breeder and farmer of vegetables and fruit.
In 2015 he moved back to Veneto, where he started to work with his friend Stefano Menti, who runs a family business together with his father. Thanks to the enological experiences accumulated at the Menti Giovanni farm, he started to vinify the grapes of some vineyards he already managed, owned by old widows of his native town.
The following year Giulio Masato joined the Menti team – a friend, enologist and pruning expert, with whom he improved the agronomic aspects of his production. In 2017 he met Tommaso Verardo, at the time graduating, who during the harvest worked as a trainee at Menti. From 2018, Marco, Giulio and Tommaso are a close-knit group, bound by the passion for bio- dynamic viticulture and respect for nature. For fun and pride they have set up this adventure, with the aim of producing genuine and whole- some wines from clean grapes. They vinify and bottle at the Menti Giovanni winery.
