Description

From a vineyard planted in 1987, draws its name from the peacock, the animal symbol of the baronial family Antonio Sarno bought the estate, where his family had been working for a long time, from in the Seventies. It’s aged four months in stainless steel, and it’s a typical, no-frills expression of the Irpinian terroir with its notes of white fruit, hazelnuts and, above all, a pulsating minerality. Easier to drink than the celebrated Particella 928, though not as complex.
