Description
Dedicated to the “Paone”, the Peacock, that symbolises the noble history of the winery. The wealthy Baron from Naples used to have a flock
of peacocks and Luigi still keeps peacocks on their land as a symbol of elegance and unique character.
It’s aged four months in stainless steel, and it’s a typical, no-frills expres- sion of the Irpinian terroir with its notes of white fruit, hazelnuts and above all, a pulsating minerality. Easier to drink than the celebrated Particella 928, though not as complex.
