Description
Concrete Bianco is half Pecorino and half Chardonnay. The grapes are partly pressed together giving a beautiful complex and yet easy to drink wine with the saltiness and minerality typical to the Pecorino variety combined with the fruitiness and balsamic notes of chardonnay. This fresh and complex wine goes well with pasta, vegetarian food, aperitif and snacks, lean fish, seasoned meat.
