Posca Bianca is a blend of mostly Pignoletto made in perpetual vats. A monthly refilling of the perpetual vats begun in 2011, harmonizing various vintages into one wine. The idea is to combine mature characters of an older wine with the crispness, fruitiness and freshness of the young wines. Aromas of elderberry, white peach and gooseberry. Fresh minerality with a slightly bitter aftertaste of the Pignoletto.
