Red Posca is a Barbera and Cabernet Sauvignon wine made in perpetual vats. A monthly refilling of the perpetual vats begun in 2008, harmonizing various vintages into one wine. The idea is to combine mature characters of an older wine with the crispness, fruitiness and freshness of the young wines. Fruity nose of black currants and small red berries. Silky and juicy with fresh acidity.
