Description

The Lambrusco Grasparossa grapes are direct pressed to make a rosé. The wine ferments spontaneously in concrete tanks and spends 6 months settling. After that the wine is transferred to bottle with an addition of unfermented juice from the same vintage to finish fermenting in bottle. The result is a suberb sparkling rose with hints of little red fruits, strawberries, currants; mineral and fresh.
