Description

The “Runcatù” is a skin macerated pigato from Liguria with a Mediterranean and salty stamp that ages for 8 months in wood. The nose recalls the Mediterranean scrubs with aromas of pine resin, aromatic herbs, honey and sea breezes. The taste is alive, fresh and saline, with a fine tannin.
