The Ribolla Gialla 2010 of Franco Terpin is one of the wines which expresses most powerfully the terroir of the Collio wine region. This intense golden yellow wine is an Orange wine produced with 100% Ribolla Gialla grape, an autochthonous grape of Friuli Venezia Giulia.

The winery of Franco Terpin is located in San Floriano of Collio, a few steps away from Slovenia. He cultivates organically 10 hectares of vineyards on the undulating hills of both countries Italy and Slovenia. The annual production of wine is around 20.000 bottles. All the work, also in the cellar, is naturally conducted, only indigenous yeasts are used in the spontaneous fermentation, no enzymes or other additives are being used, the wines are not clarified nor filtered. The wines of Franco Terpin resemble Franco Terpin itself for the structure, decision, rigor, but also for the brightness of the ways and the originality of the style. The wines of Franco belong to Collio, to the land from where he has inherited the winemaking talent and the power to express through his wines the tremendously beautiful and varied landscape of Collio.
