This Pinot Noir does not speak French. A true terroir wine that speaks the tuscan soil. This wine has a beautiful transparency, typical of Pinot Noir. Well recognizable and intriguing notes of forest fruit, of undergrowth, of ripe orange and coriander, a touch of tobacco and well-marked balsamic notes of licorice and eucalyptus. Elegant, clean, rich and satisfying with a very nice length that calls the second glass.
Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel. Aged for 18 months in Oak Barrels. Sulphites 45 mg/l
