Description

Possibly the most famous Fiorano wine, taking its name from the old feudatary in the village of Cossignano. Aged in stainless steel, this is Pecorino the way it should be. It is most unfortunate how commercial wineries try to make it look closer to aromatic or semi-aromatic grapes, betraying its true identity: here we are shown how well Pecorino can walk on its own feet.
