Description
The Chianti Classico Riserva made from a careful selection of the best bunches of Sangiovese grapes, harvested by hand in the first half of October, vinified in cement vats with maceration of 14-18 days. Aged in cement tanks for 24 months and then in bottle for at least 6 months. Bright ruby red color with garnet hues, intense, characteristic fragrance typical of Lamole, with hints of red fruits and flowers, cherry, raspberry, rose and tobacco. Heat and cool living with the austere structure and harmonic flavor, with soft tannins well integrated with pleasant hints of red fruit with good length.
