Description

From two parcels in the En L’Ormeau and Pellans lieux dits, in the village of Meursault, with 40-60 years old vines, aged in used oak barrels. On a blind tasting, it’s impossible not to agree it feels like a Meursault Village: it retains the citrusy and mineral complexity, structure, elegance, balance and length of its bigger brother. Fresh and crispy, with a killer drinkability, it can age more than you could expect from the appellation, as the recent tasting of the 2007 vintage showcases. Try it on a Carbonara!
