The vineyards are located in Monreale, at an altitude of 500 meters above sea level, in the Belice Valley, a large valley that is a veritable treasure trove of high-quality products.
One of the reasons why I have chosen the healthy agriculture, is because is the only way to fully express the terroir in the wine. I adopted the same working methods in the cellar, I do not add selected yeasts, I make no changes to the grape must, and I do not use any chemical or mechanical technology. I believe that only a natural accompaniment of a transformation process can become an exhilarating experience for those who make the wine, and for those who drink it.”
